The Committee for administration of the hall meets approximately monthly, and is registered with the Charity Commissioners (No. 1105233). A copy of its Constitution can be downloaded by clicking on the link below.

Sub committees are responsible for the organisation and operation of:
Regular/periodic social events for the people of the three villages and visitors
The Puncknowle, Swyre & West Bexington Lunch Club which is open to all residents and former residents of the three villages aged 50 and over, and their guests.
